As a landlord, our core responsibilities include leasing our terrains, developing new business, asset development (through remediation and infrastructure improvements), and asset management.
Our mission is clear: to lead the industrial energy transition and contribute to the creation of modern, sustainable industrial value chains.
We are doing this by collaborating with key players in the shift from a fossil-based economy to a carbon-neutral one. This includes gradually repurposing some of our assets for new, durable economic activities and encouraging societal engagement in the shift toward a sustainable and green industrial future.
With over 35 years of expertise in managing oil and gas assets in Schottegat and Bullen Bay, we are strategically shifting our focus towards renewable energy and sustainable industries. As we lead the way in supporting modern, sustainable value chains, we aim to accelerate economic development by fostering connections between people, businesses, and institutions.
We are repurposing some of our assets and creating essential facilities to help businesses thrive in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Sustainable Energy & Resources, Ports & Logistics, Light Industry & Food, and other key areas that support local and international needs. Additionally, 2BAYS is dedicated to educating and inspiring the local community to embrace a future built on sustainability and green industries.
